News & AnnouncementsThe Registry Agent assesses member/client needs and manipulates databases in order to process over 160 products in the areas of motor vehicles, vital statistics, land titles, personal property and corporate registry on behalf of their employers and Service Alberta. The Registry Agent plays an integral role in the delivery of superior personalized service to our member owners/clients. As the first point of contact you strive to fulfill the role of brand ambassador by making members and clients feel at home. You engage our members/clients through effective verbal and non verbal communication skills and by exceeding expectations. You build relationships by asking probing questions with the objective of satisfying member/client needs.
The Registry Agent effectively responds to member/client inquiries by maintaining a high level of knowledge and services, manages traffic flow within the registry office, provides assistance to members/clients, and completes a variety of administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. As a Registry Agent, you respect the confidentiality of sensitive member/ customer information, respect public security and apply fraud and detection procedures and take action as necessary.
Experience:
- Prior retail experience, customer service or banking experience is essential.
Education / Training:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Business certificate, diploma, or degree is an asset
- Training or experience with computers is required
Licenses / Certificates:
- Must be willing to pursue education and certification in the Corporate Registry System (CORES).
Any other special requirements necessary to do the job:
- Willingness to travel in order to support other branches within the region is required.
