Switching to eStatements has a number of benefits:

Getting started

Ready to make the switch? eStatements are part of online banking for personal members. If you're not already registered for online banking, call us at 1.877.378.8728 or visit the nearest Servus branch.

1. Sign in to online banking.
2. Choose "Self serve" from the dropdown menu in the top right of your screen.
3. Select "Set my statement delivery preference" from the History and Preferences menu.
4. Change your preferences to "Online Only".
5. Submit your preference.

You'll start receiving an email alert whenever a new statement is ready for you to view.
