How do you redeem your points?
It’s easy to view and redeem your points. Servus Credit Union members can sign in through online banking to view their points balance and book travel, invest♦, pick rewards or redeem for cash back on your credit card balance.
If you have a Business Mastercard or do not have online banking, sign in to your Servus Mastercard account.
For investments, you can call us at 1.877.378.8728, visit your local Servus branch or send a secure message through online banking.
For travel or merchandise rewards, you can also call us at 1.844.334.3808 to redeem.
