The Document Imaging Administrator is accountable for accurate preparation, scanning, indexing, and archiving of imaged documents into Servus Credit Union’s electronic records management system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Business Processes
- Prepare, sort/index, and scan documentation to records management system accurately.
- Ensure areas of responsibility are completed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Store and destruction of records in compliance with established procedures.
- Responsible to know and understand Service Level Agreements established for internal customers.
- Maintenance of scanning equipment (as required).
- Other tasks assigned to the department.
Member Experience
- Contribute and support high quality service and positive working relationships with internal and external customer groups through efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned workload within the service delivery standards/benchmarks. When unable to meet these standards, communicate to Senior Administrator/Team Lead in a timely manner.
- Adapt and prioritize to meet processing demands/needs.

Experience:
- Experience in Document Imaging/Record Management environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Financial services industry experience is desired.
This position is a 6 month temporary contract.
